You may either order the standard Mother Well Template, or your own version.

Printing Specs:
- 65# cardstock cover
- 60# text for inside pages
- Imposed on 12x18 and trimmed to 11x17
- saddle-stitched binding
This rate is for contiguous US shipping. May be subject to additional fees if the cost of printing your workbook is substantially greater than the estimated $6.80 a copy, or if shipped outside of the contiguous US.
